  • Water is a magic fluid that helps the body in weight loss and whole body wellness. drinking water first thing in the morning would boost your metabolism and help you burn more calories. Your daily requirement for water daily is 2.5litres for women and 3.5 for men.

  • Surprisingly, sleep is an important activity for weight loss and healthy wellbeing. Have atleast 8hours sleep daily.
